摘要: 从产品全生命周期绿色环保概念出发,分析了目前水性聚氨酯发展中存在的问题。综述了水性聚氨酯实际工业合成可以采用的可再生原材料;水性聚氨酯分散体合成绿色工艺;水性聚氨酯合成中的溶剂使用与回收,有毒有害物质使用与残留。并提出要使得水性聚氨酯真正成为绿色环保产品,需要从以下几个方面出发:尽可能多地使用可再生原材料,控制产品整个生命周期释放最少的VOC,降低危险物质使用量,减少危险物质残留等。

Abstract: Green products mean no threat to the environment whether they are in production, use or disposal. From this point of view, the development of the aqueous polyurethanes is introspected. Green renewable raw materials and green manufacturing process of aqueous poly-urethane disaspersions are reviewed. In addition, the use and recycling of solvents for synthesis of aqueous polyurethane dispersions are discussed. The use and residue of harmful substance are investigated. To enable the aqueous polyurethane to be the real green product, a lot of works should be carried on as follows: green raw materials should be used as much as possible: in the PUD'S life cycle, the VOCS emission should be minimized; the toxic compounds and toxic by-products should be reduced.
