摘要: 通过乳液聚合的方法,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要单体,使用有机硅γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三异丙氧基硅烷(AC-638)改性,制备了综合性能优异的水包水多彩涂料基础漆用硅丙乳液。实验结果表明:当乳液Tg为10℃,乳化剂占单体总量的1.5%,MAA占单体总量的2%,HEMA占单体总量的2%,有机硅加入量占单体总量的3%时,所制备的硅丙乳液用于水包水多彩涂料基础漆,具有保护胶适应性广、与连续相乳液适配性好、造粒性良好、粒子储存稳定、强度适中、色彩饱满度高、无渗色、粒子干燥后无开裂及耐水性好等特点,是一款性能优良的通用型基础漆乳液,有着广泛的应用前景。

Abstract: A silicone-acrylic emulsion based on the main monomers including MMA. 2- EHA, BA and functional monomer containing silicone AC-638 as modifier showing the excellent comprehensive properties applied for water-in-water multicolor coatings was prepared via emulsion polymerization. The experiment results revealed that when the Tg of emulsion was 10 ℃ and the dosage of emulsifier and MAA and HEMA as well as organic silicone was 1. 5%,2%, 2% and 3% respectively, the emulsion had excellent properties including extensive applicability, good compatibility with continuous phase, good granulations, stable storage,moderate strength, high buildiness, no bleeding,no crack after drying and water resistance, et al.The above-mentioned emulsion had wide application potential as a general basic emulsion with good performances.
