超低温防腐蚀涂层体系的选择与应用

摘要: 随着国内液化天然气(LNG)项目逐步进入运营期,接收站内 LNG 设备面临的腐蚀问题日益突出。 本文针对 LNG 卸料臂的防腐蚀涂层选择工作,通过比较 6 种常用防腐蚀涂料的性能,并结合现场涂装试验,选择了一种既可以满足超低温(-162 °C)至常温(60 °C)冷热循环工况,又具有优异防腐蚀和耐紫外线性能的新型超低温防腐蚀涂层体系,并成功应用于 LNG 卸料臂表面涂装。 新型超低温防腐蚀涂层体系的综合性能优于原日本设备厂家提供的涂层体系,具有较好的潜在应用价值。

Abstract: With the liquid nature gas ( LNG) projects gradually going into the operating period, the LNG equipment in the receiving station is challenged increasingly by the corrosion problem. By comparing the performance of six kinds of anticorrosive coatings and combining with the field coating application test results, a new type of ultralow temperature corrosion resistant coating system which can tolerate temperature cycling from-162 ℃ to 60 ℃ was selected and successfully applied on the surface of LNG unloading arms stainless pipe. The performance of the new ultralow temperature corrosion resistant coating system is better than the original coating system, and it is expected to have a good potential application value.
