摘要: 在海洋环境下和使用融雪剂的地方,由于氯离子渗透所引起的混凝土内钢筋的锈蚀是导致钢筋混凝土结 构失效的主要原因。针对这种现象,本文研制了一种用于混凝土内钢筋表面的溶剂型防腐涂料体系。该涂料体系由 底漆、面漆配套组成,以双酚 A环氧为主体,添加部分柔韧性环氧构成成膜物质,底漆添加防锈颜料,面漆加入玻璃鳞 片。对涂料的性能进行了测试并探讨了防锈颜料、玻璃鳞片、底材处理等对涂料性能的影响。

Abstract: In marine environment and at places where deicing salt is used, rebar corrosion aroused by penetration of chloride is the major factor that leads to invalidation of concrete structures. In order to solve this problem, a solvent-based anti-corrosion paint system applied to rebar surface in concrete structure has been developed. This paint system was composed of primer and topcoat. Bisphenol A epoxy resin was used as main film-forming material with some flexible epoxy resin mixed to toughen it. Antirust pigments were added to the primer and plass flake was added to the topcoat. Performance tests were carried out and influence of anti-corrosive pigments and glass flake and surface treatment on paint performances was discussed.
