摘要: 研究了三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)用量、聚合物分子结构对聚酯树脂及涂料性能的影响;通过加入氢化二聚脂肪酸平衡了聚酯树脂的柔韧性及玻璃化转变温度,合成得到了适合用于 β-羟烷基酰胺体系 140 °C 低温固化粉末涂料的聚酯树脂;采用差示扫描量热法( DSC) 研究了粉末涂料的固化反应过程。

Abstract: The effect of Trimethylolpropane content and polymer molecular structure on the performance of the polyester resin and coatings thereof has been investigated. The hydrogenated dimer acid can provide the flexibility and suitable glass transition temperature of the polyester resin which is applicable to low temperature curing powder coatings based on β-hydroxylalkyl amide. Furthermore, the curing process of the powder coatings was characterized by DSC.
