摘要: 介绍了一种用于防腐蚀涂料的含磷酸酯基团的羟基丙烯酸酯乳液的制造方法。其特征在于乳液分子中 含有磷酸酯基团,在加入水性异氰酸酯固化剂后,在乳液成膜过程中,磷酸酯基团能与底材金属形成致密的磷酸盐保 护膜,使金属表面形成屏蔽层,可以防止水分子和其他盐离子与金属接触,提高了涂料的防锈性能。

Abstract: A hydroxyl acrylic emulsion containing phosphate group was prepared for anticorrosion coatings, which was featured by the phosphate groups in emulsion particles. When adding waterborne isocyanate curing agent, the phosphate groups will be bonded on substrate metal to form a barrier compact protcetion film, preventing the contact of water and other salt ion with metal, thus improving coatings anticorrosion. property
