摘要: 结合GORGON、ICHTHYS和WHEATSTONE等液化天然气(LNG)钢结构模块化工厂项目被动防火设计与建造经验,详细阐述了基于UL1709标准的膨胀型防火涂料在LNG模块化钢结构工厂中不同截面钢材涂层厚度确定、增强网、涂层外延设计以及膨胀型防火涂料施工方法、工艺,同时也阐述了防火涂料施工过程的质量控制与施工方法。

Abstract: This paper has described the design and application of intumescent fire retardant paint in LNG (liquified natural gas ) modularized plant, in terms of determination the thickness of the coating film on different cross-section steel structures, reinforcement mesh and coatback design based on ULI709 standard and the earlier design experience of intumescent fire retardant paint in LNG modularized plant of GORGON, ICHTHYS and WHEAT-STONE and also described the quality control and application of fireproofing paint.
