摘要: 液化天然气(LNG)行业在中国迅猛发展,沿海地区的LNG建设项目由于受到恶劣海洋大气腐蚀环境的影响,LNG混凝土结构储罐会产生较强烈的腐蚀,保护或减缓环境对LNG混凝土结构储罐腐蚀的研究越来越引起相关领域的重视。本研究探讨了LNG混凝土结构储罐的涂料选型和涂装工艺,对施工过程中一些比较突出的问题进行了分析。

Abstract: With the growing demand of energy in China, the liquefied natural gas(LNG) industry has presented a flourish development and a number of LNG projects were launched in coastal area. Due to the harsh marine environment in coastal area, the LNG concrete storage tanks were corroded severely. The research on protecting the LNG concrete storage tank from corrosion has drawn increasing attention in related fields. In this paper, the coating selection and the painting techinology for LNG concrete storage tank were discussed. Fourthemore,some prominent problems during application were analyzed.
