摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)接枝对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SS)与丙烯酸(AA)共聚物合成制备光敏性掺杂剂G-PSA,并以G-PSA为水性分散剂和电荷平衡掺杂剂制备PEDOT(聚3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)/G-PSA,采用多羟基醇二次掺杂增强其导电性,并对其进行一系列表征分析。将其与水性丙烯酸乳液共混制备导电涂料。研究发现,对比商品级水性掺杂剂聚对苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS),PEDOT/G-PSA薄膜经UV固化后形成交联网状结构,其耐水性和环境稳定性有较大的提高,同时也具有较高的电导率;由其制备的抗静电涂料具有良好的透明性、附着力与电导率。

Abstract: The copolymer of sodium p-styrenesulfona(SS)and acrylic acid (AA)grafted with glycidyl methacrylate (MA)was used to prepare the aqueous photosensitive dispersant G-PSA. The PEDOT/G-PSA was synthesized by using G-PSA as aqueous dispersant and charge balancing dopant, and secondary doped with multihydric alcohol to enhance its electrical conductivity. And its structure was characterized by ATR-FTIR, 1H-NMR and Raman. The conductive coating was prepared by mixing PEDOT/G-PSA with waterborne acrylic emulsion. The results showed that the photosensitive PEDOT/G-PSA could enable the UV cured film to form a crosslinking network and to improve its water resistance, environmental stability and conductive property as compared to commercially available waterbome dopant of PSS. Furthermore, the prepared conductive coating showed excellent transparency, adhesion and conductivity.
