摘要: 以1,2-二(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷(BTSE)为原料制备硅烷偶联剂水解液,考察水解液在马口铁片、铝片表面固化后的防护效果。研究了醇的种类、含量及BTSE含量对获得水解液时间的影响,最优条件下,当乙醇含量为9%、BTSE含量为40%、水含量51%时,不透明的未水解溶液水解16 h后即可获得澄清水解液;通过控制水解液的pH、选择合适阻聚剂,水解液可以在室温下稳定存在160 h以上;利用极化曲线法、盐雾实验等对水解液固化成膜后的防护效果进行测试,发现水解液单独使用时对铝片的防护效果大于1 000 h,与锌粉配合使用后对马口铁片的防护期长达500 h。

Abstract: Bis(triethoxysilyl )ethane(BTSE) hydrolyzate solution was prepared and the protective performance of its cured film on surface of iron and aluminum sheet was tested.The influence of different kinds of alcohol, the amount of alcohol addition, and the content of BTSE on hydrolysis time was studied. Under optimum conditions(e.g., the ethanol 9%, BTSE40%, and water 51%), the initial opaque unhydrolyzed solution became transparent hydrolyzate solution within 16 h. By controlling the pH of the solution and choosing appropriate condensation inhibitor, the solution could be stable at room temperature for more than 160 h.Polarization curve test and salt spraying test were applied to evaluate the anticorrosion effects of cured hydrolyzate solution. The results showed that the cured film of solution on aluminum sheet could pass 1 000 h salt spraying test and the cured film of solution combined with zinc powder on iron sheet could pass 500 h salt spraying test.
