预油漆纸用水性氨基 / 丙烯酸涂料的制备与性能研究

摘要: 以水性羟基丙烯酸作为主要成膜物质,三聚氰胺树脂作为固化剂,加入多种助剂配制预油漆纸用水性氨基/丙烯酸涂料。 研究表明:当m(氨基)∶m(丙烯酸乳液)=0 27∶1时,在140 °C下烘烤 40 s 形成的涂膜的耐干热性、耐湿热性、铅笔硬度以及耐化学品性等都达到了相关标准要求。 用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)研究反应前后氨基/ 丙烯酸涂料的结构变化,用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热重法( TGA) 分析涂膜的热性能。

Abstract:

 Waterborne melamine/acrylic coatings for finish foil were prepared by using hydroxyl-functional acrylic emulsion as the main film forming substance and melamine resin as the curing agent as well as several additives. The results showed that the properties(e.g., dry heat resistance, wet heat resistance, pencil hardness, and chemical resistance, etc.) of the cured film met the standard requirements when the mass ratio of melamine/acrylic emulsion was 0. 27: 1 and the film was cured at 140 ℃ for 40 s. The structure of melamine/acrylic coatings during the curing process was studied by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy. Thermal gravity analysis(TGA ) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)techniques were also used to analyze the thermal properties of the cured film.
