β-环糊精 / 聚氨酯共混物的制备与性能研究

摘要: 利用聚四氢呋喃对 β-环糊精进行改性,制备出 β-环糊精/ 聚四氢呋喃复合物,再将其与聚氨酯进行物理共混制得聚氨酯共混膜。 通过 SEM、FT-IR、TGA 等测试方法对聚氨酯共混膜进行了表征。 结果表明:聚四氢呋喃改性的 β-环糊精在聚氨酯基体中分散性良好,制得的聚氨酯共混膜的力学性能和热性能较未加 β-环糊精改性有较明显的提高。 同时,β-环糊精改性聚氨酯薄膜的染色、吸湿和透湿性能均有一定程度的提高。

Abstract: A β-cyclodextrin/ PTMG complex was prepared through physical modification of β-cyclodextrin by PTMG. And then a β-cyclodextrin/polyurethane blend was prepared by mixing β-cyclodextrin/PTMG complex with polyurethane. The results of SEM, FT-IR, TGA and tensile tests showed that β-cyclodextrin exhibited good dispersion in the polyurethane.And β-cyclodextrin/polyurethane blend indicated higher mechanical properties and thermal performance than unmodified polyurethane Meanwhile, the dyeing performance, the moisture absorption and water vapor permeability of polyurethane were also improved to a certain extent.
