摘要： 为考察硅藻土对内墙涂料性能的影响，制备了硅藻土基苯丙内墙涂料，通过配方设计，分别考察了硅藻土粒径和添加量对苯丙内墙涂料的涂膜表观、耐冲击性及柔韧性的影响，并对涂膜进行了吸放湿实验。 结果表明:硅藻土可用于制备具有调湿功能的内墙涂料，其涂膜具有良好的吸放湿性能。 实验确定了硅藻基苯丙内墙涂料的最佳配方。

Abstract:

In order to investigate the influence of diatomite on the performance of the interior wall coatings, the styrene-acrylic interior wall coatings based on diatomite were prepared. The formula design was applied to investigate the influence of diatomite particle size and amount on the performance including appearance, impact resistance and flexibility of the styrene-acrylic interior wall coatings Meanwhile, the moisture absorption and desorption performance of the coatings were also determined. The experimental results indicated that the diatomite could be applied to prepare humidity-con functional coatings. The optimal formula of the diatomite-based styrene-acrylic interior wall coatings was determined.
