摘要: 以水溶性的磷酸盐、铬酸盐作为粘结剂,铝粉为填料合成了无机盐铝涂料,用于保护钢铁材料防止盐雾腐蚀和高温氧化。 对涂层结合力、耐腐蚀性能等进行了测试,结果表明:涂层具有良好的导电性、结合强度、耐高温、耐磨损及耐腐蚀等性能。 粘结剂也可用作无机盐铝涂料的面层,提高涂层的表面光洁度和耐腐蚀性能。 采用空气喷涂,施工工艺简便易行,已应用于燃气轮机的机匣等部件,效果良好。

Abstract: Inorganic aluminum coating was prepared with waterborne phosphate and chromate as binder, aluminum powder as pigment, which could be used for protecting steel from both salt corrosion and high temperature oxidation The coating showed excellent conductivity,adhesion, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.The binder also could be used as the top coating, improving the smoothness and corrosion resistance. It could be easily painted on substances by air spray, and has already been applied on a casing of gas turbine with good performance.
