摘要: 以某工程机械结构件涂装线为例,围绕涂装材料和涂装工艺进行涂装成本控制的分析。通过选择合适的钢丸、涂料和原子灰,并且对喷涂方式、喷涂顺序进行优化,提高了涂层质量和喷涂效率,并使涂料利用率提升了 23% 。 对烘烤温度及强冷工艺进行优化,减少了涂装的能耗,使每台车天然气费用平均降低了 78 元,大大降低了工程机械结构件的涂装生产成本。

Abstract: A structural part painting line of engineering mechanical was taken as an example to analyze the cost control of painting in terms of painting materials and painting process.The painting quality and efficiency was improved and the utilization rate of paint was increased by 23% by choosing appropriate steel shot paint and putty, also optimizing the spraying modes and spraying sequence. The painting cost of the structural part was greatly reduced, especially in energy cost, by 78 RMB Per machine by optimizing the baking temperature and forced cooling process.
