摘要: 针对市场对高温环境下彩色涂装产品需求的日益增长,以环氧树脂和有机硅树脂为基料,对颜料种类、颜料含量、热稳定剂和有机硅树脂含量进行了优化,成功研制了一种新型彩色耐高温粉末涂料。测试结果表明:在 400 ℃的高温以及直接火焰的极端条件下,涂层仍具有出色的颜色稳定性和完整性,没有发生粉化或裂纹。这项技术不仅满足了工业领域对耐高温产品性能的严格要求,还通过提供多样化的外观设计选项,增强了产品的市场竞争力和视觉吸引力。

Abstract: In response to the increasing market demand for color coating products in hightemperature environments,a new type of color high temperature resistant powder coating wassuccessfully developed by using epoxy resin and organic silicone resin as the binders,and optimizing the pigment type,pigment content,thermal stabilizer and organic silicone resincontent. The results showed that the coating still had excellent color stability and integritywithout chalking or cracking at the high temperature of 400 ℃ and under the extreme conditions of direct flame. This technology not only met the strict requirements of the industryfor high-temperature products performance,but also enhanced the market competitiveness andvisual attraction of the products by providing variety of appearance design options.
