高连接强度改性丙烯酸酯连接漆的研究及应用

摘要: 通过对改性丙烯酸酯树脂、环氧树脂、固化剂的匹配性,颜填料PVC及涂装工艺等的研究,制备出一种环氧改性丙烯酸酯连接漆。力学性能实验结果表明:经淡水浸泡2个月后,该连接漆性能优于氯化橡胶和乙烯等连接漆性能。

Abstract: A modified acrylate tie - coating with high interlayer adhesion for acrylate antifouling paint system has been develope. Through the studies on compatibility of modified acrylate resin, epoxy resin, curing agent, PVC and coating process, a k ind of epoxy modified acrylate tie-coating was formulated. The mechanical properties experimental results showed that after immersion in freshwater for 2 months the adhesive strength was better than the chlorinated rubber and vinyl resin tie -coatings.
