正交法研究自干型水分散氟硅改性丙烯酸树脂的合成与性能

Synthesis and Properties of Waterborne and Air-drying Fluorosilicon Modified Acrylic Resins Based on Orthogonal Experiment Design

摘要: 通过正交实验研究了自干型水分散氟硅改性丙烯酸树脂的影响因素,系统地分析了各个因素对于树脂成 后的不同性能的影响,重点分析了氟元素含量(元素的质量分数)、硅元素含量(以下简称含量)、亲水基团含量的交互影响,讨论了氟、硅含量对树脂成膜性能的影响,找出了较佳的反应条件 m(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)∶m(丙烯酸丁酯)∶m (苯乙烯)∶m(丙烯酸 -β-羟丙酯)∶m(叔碳酸乙烯酯)=50∶10∶8∶4∶2,丙烯酸六氟丁酯(6F)作为氟改性单体。研究结果表明:亲水基团在10%、氟含量在 10%、硅含量在1%时能明显改进树脂的硬度和耐水性;可以通过调整各单体的比例来满足实际应用对树脂不同性能的要求。

Abstract: Study on the preparation and performance of waterborne and airdrying fluorosilicon modified acrylic resins based on orthogonal experimen design was reported in this paper. The influence of the content of fluorine and silicon on the properties of the film was discussed. The experiment results showed that the feed ratio with m( MMA): m(BA): m(ST): m(HPA): m( VeoVa)=50: 10: 8: 4: 2 and hexafluoro butyl acrylate as a modifying monomer gave a resin with better perfomance. The rigidity and water resistance of resin was greatly improved when the content of the hydrophilic group was 10%, fluorine 10% and silicon 1%.The feed ratio of the comonomers could be adjusted to meet the practical requirements.
