摘要: 针对氯醚防污涂层理化特性,开发了一种双组分氯醋树脂改性环氧连接漆。 研究了 E44环氧含量、固化剂类型、颜料体积浓度等对涂层附着力性能的影响;考察了连接涂层的附着力、耐浸泡性及吸水率等性能。 结果显示:当环氧含量为 30%时,连接漆对防腐涂层附着力可达 40 MPa 以上,对氯醚防污涂层附着力为 20 MPa,2 个月涂层淡水吸水率低于 0.5%,说明此连接漆对氯醚防污漆具有优异的连接性。

Abstract: As viewed from the physical and chemical characteristics of antifouling coatings based on vinyl chloride-isobutyl vinyl ether copolymer(VC-IBVEc), a two-component epoxy tie coating modified by vinyl chlorine-vin acetate copolymer (VC-VAc)has been prepared. The effects of E44 content, type of curing agent and PVC, etc. on the adhesion of film are analyzed. The adhesion, water resistance and absorption of tie coating are also investi- gated. The results show that the adhesion of the tie coating to the anticorrosive coating is more than 4. 0 MPa, and to the antifouling coating based on VC-IBVEc is 2. 0 MPa. The water ab-sorption of the tie coating is less than 0. 5% after immersed for two months, indicating that the tie coating has a good adhesion to the antifouling coating.
