摘要: 采用预聚体分散工艺,以不同工艺条件合成了一系列水性聚氨酯样品。用茚三酮作为显色剂使水性聚氨酯样品中的伯胺显色,采用可见光谱测定显色样品在560 nm处的特征吸收,定量分析水性聚氨酯样品的伯胺含量,从而研究不同工艺条件下的二胺扩链效率。

Abstract: The prepolymer dispersion technology was used to prepare a number of aqueous polyurethanes under various conditions. The triketohydrindene hydrate was used as chromogenic agents for chromogenesis of primary amine in the aqueous polyurethane samples, which was detected at 560nm characteristic absorption peak of Uv-vis spectrum for quantitative determination of the amount of primary amine to investigate the chain extension efficiency of diamine under differen technical conditions.
