摘要: 阐述了目前市场上较通用的聚氨酯叶片涂料的配方开发要点,对比了聚氨酯涂料中使用的聚酯树脂和丙烯酸树脂的性能差异,在实验中验证了选择聚酯改性丙烯酸树脂作为叶片涂料成膜物的必然性。文中还对比了不同耐磨添加剂对耐磨性能的影响,以及不用消光粉对光泽、性能的影响。得出了 PTFE蜡和蜡处理的二氧化硅是最佳选择,给出了最优化的聚氨酯叶片涂料配方,同时,列出了基于最优化的配方所得到的聚氨酯叶片涂料的性能结果。

Abstract: This article has described the key points to develop the formulation for the most popular polyuethane coating for turbine blade, compared the performance difference between polyester and acrylate resins, which were used as the binder of polyurethane coatings, and verified the necessity to choose polyester modified acrylate as the binder. In addition, this paper also discussed the influence of different abrasion additives and matt agents on gloss and performance. It concluded that PTFE wax and wax treated silica were the best choice, and the optimal formulations was given. Finally, the test result based on the optimal formulations was listed.
