摘要: 采用混凝土表面涂层保护技术对跨海大桥混凝土进行腐蚀防护,聚脲涂层与混凝土之间的封闭底漆是喷涂聚脲对混凝土进行有效保护的关键。通过耐盐雾、耐碱性、抗冻融循环、粘结强度的试验,研究了环氧改性聚氨酯底漆在环氧树脂用量、聚醚种类、—NCO含量等因素变化时对性能的影响,环氧树脂占总质量的 5%,环氧树脂、PTMG-2000与 MDI-50合成—NCO为 15%的封闭底漆的综合性能最佳。

Abstract: Surface coating technology was used to protect the bridge spanning the sea from corrosion. The primer sealer between the polyurea and the concrete was the key for succeed. The epoxy modified polyurethane primer sealer was dereloped, in terms of investigation on epoxy resin content, polyether type, -NCO content. Through various tests at the conditions of alkali, salt fog, freez-thaw circulation, bond strength, it was found that the best performance primer sealer could be formulated at based on epoxy resin 5%(m/m) PTMG-2000 and MDI-50 at -NCO 15%.
