摘要: 用丁二酸酐对不同相对分子质量的聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)进行化学改性,合成羧酸改性聚碳酸酯二元醇(CA-PCDL),进一步将改性产物与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)反应,制备一系列基于聚碳酸酯二元醇的光敏低聚物(GMA-PCDL)。酸值分析结果表明反应转化率较高,用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对 CA-PCDL及 GMA-PCDL的结构进行了表征,结果表明反应成功合成了光敏低聚物 GMA-PCDL。分别测试不同型号 GMA-PCDL的黏度,对 GMA-PCDL进行光固化涂料配方设计并将其应用于聚碳酸酯(PC)基材,考察涂膜的各项性能,结果表明:涂膜的附着力、硬度、耐酸、耐碱性均十分优异。

Abstract: Carboxyl terminated polycarbonate diols prepolymers(ca-pcdl)were prepared by the reaction between PCDL and succinic anhydride. Which was then used to react with glycidyl methacrylate (GMA )to prepare the title polycarbonate-based Uv-curable resin(GMA-PCDL). Higher reaction conversion was monitored by acid value. The structure of CA-PCDI and GMA-PCDL were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and GPC. The viscosity of GMA-PCDL was also tested. The coating formulated with GMA -PCDL was applied on PC substrates and the films showed excellent properties, such as adhesion ardness and acid and alkali resistance.
