摘要: 参考 ISO 12944耐久性要求、腐蚀环境分类标准,综合分析已有涂料涂层体系技术指标、历年积累的腐蚀老化数据及涂料供应商提供的试验数据,确定了适用于工程机械涂装的聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲(PAE聚脲)涂料涂层体系。参考江苏省地方标准,结合涂装生产线实际情况,通过理论计算确定 PAE聚脲涂料环保、消防要求。根据工程机械产品涂装特点,确定 PAE聚脲涂料施工性能要求。参考现有工程机械涂料技术要求,确定 PAE聚脲涂料复合涂层性能指标。并按照涂料选择“五步法”对聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲涂料进行初步试验和复合涂层试板试验。基于聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲涂料的优势及相关文献介绍,可以在工程机械涂装推广使用。

Abstract: Referring to the durability requirements and corrosion environment classification standards of ISO 12944,a comprehensive analysis of the technical indicators of existing coating systems,accumulated corrosion aging data over the years,and test data provided by coating suppliers had been conducted to determine the polyaspartate polyurea(PAE)coating system suitable for engineering machinery painting. Based on local standardsin Jiangsu Province and the actual situation of the coating production line,the environmental protection and fire protection requirements for PAE polyurea coatings were determined throughtheoretical calculations. The construction performance requirements for PAE polyurea coatingswere determined based on the coating characteristics of construction machinery products.Referring to the existing technical requirements for engineering machinery coatings,the performance requirements of PAE polyurea coating composite coatings were developed. Thepreliminary test of polyaspartate polyurea coating and composite coating plate test were carriedout according to the five-step method of coating selection. Based on the advantages of polyaspartate polyurea coating and related literature introduction,it could be used in construction machinery coating.
