摘要: 通过自制Cu-TiO2光催化涂料,针对光催化涂料降解甲醛气体效果与光催化时间的关系,利用环境测试舱模拟可见光源下的室内环境,从而获得甲醛气体浓度实测值。根据甲醛气体浓度实测值采用指数平滑法中的三次指数平滑模型,建立光催化涂料降解甲醛气体效果的模型,对其光催化效果进行预测,为光催化涂料的研究提供一定的技术支持。

Abstract: A Cu-TiO2 photocatalytic coatings was developed. Based on the relation of photocatalytic degradation rate of formaldehyde with time an environmental chamber was used to simulate the indoor environmental under visible lamp, to obtain the original value of formaldehyde. By use of the original value of formaldehyde, an exponential smoothing method of cubic exponential smoothing model, was used to establish a model of photocatalytic degradation rate of formaldehyde, to forecast its photocatalytic effectiveness, which provide the technical support for the forecasting and study on photocatalytic effectiveness and research of photocatalytic coatings.
