乳胶漆净化甲醛效率的研究

摘要: 为考察市售乳胶漆产品净化甲醛的效果,本实验采集市场上多个品牌的标有净化甲醛性能的乳胶漆产品,对这些产品净化甲醛效率进行研究。 另外,取自制内墙乳胶漆(颜基比为 2.35,分别添加 3%、5%、7%的抗甲醛因子,测试其净化甲醛效率。 结果表明:加入适量的抗甲醛因子能提高乳胶漆吸收甲醛的能力,但过量的抗甲醛因子反而会影响乳胶漆本身的性能。 实验对价格低廉、健康环保的活性炭、柚子皮的吸收甲醛作用进行了对比,为消费者合理选择室内空气净化材料提供参考。

Abstract: In order to investigate the formaldehyde efficiency of the commercialized latex paint products, various products with different brand have been collected and tested. In addition, 3%, 5% and 7% of anti-formaldehyd factor are added respectively to the self-prepared interior wall latex paint with pigment/binder ratio of 2.35 so as to carryout a comparative study The results show that an appropriate addition of antiformaldehyde factor can improve the formaldehyde-absorbing ability of latex paint, but an excess addition of anti-formaldehyde factor can negatively affect the performance of latex paint itself.Meanwhile,a comparative experiment is carried out to examine the formaldehyde-absorbing ability of the activated carbon and grapefruit peel characterized by cheapness and environmental health.These experimental results might guide customers to select the suitable air-purifying materials for indoors application.
