摘要: 采用单体预乳化工艺和半连续单体滴加方式,并通过选择合适的乳化剂搭配、单体的配比和工艺流程合成了一种稳定的微细丙烯酸酯乳液,该乳液的胶膜光泽好、透明度高,能满足水性有光涂料对涂膜光泽和透明度的要求。

Abstract: By selecting the right emulsifier collocation, monomer ratio and process a stable acrylic micro emulsion was synthesized. This film showed high gloss, good transparency, which can completely satisfy requirements of gloss and transparency for waterborne coatings.
