摘要: 以环氧树脂为改性剂,采用回流溶剂法合成环氧改性水性醇酸树脂,对产物进行了红外表征和粒径分布测试,并用透射电镜进行拍摄观察。 研究表明:当环氧树脂用量为10.6%~1.2%,终点酸值为 30 ~ 40 mgKOH / g,制备出的改性水性醇酸树脂其漆膜的附着力、硬度、耐冲击性、耐溶剂性良好。用环氧改性水性醇酸树脂作甲组分,高甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作乙组分,配制双组分醇酸氨基烤漆,当醇酸树脂与氨基树脂质量比为 2 ∶1时,漆膜性能优良。

Abstract: An epoxy-modified waterborne alkyd resin was prepared by reflux solvent method, wherein the epoxy resin was used as a modifier. The structure of the alkyd resin was characterized by means of FT-IR, the particle size distribution and TEM. The results showed that the cured film of the epoxy-modified alkyd resin exhibited good adhesion, hardness, impact resistance and solvent resistance when the content of epoxy resin was 10. 6%~15.2%and the terminal acid value was 30-40 mg KOH/g. A 2K alkyd amino-baking coating system was prepared by using the epoxy-modified waterborne alkyd resin as composition A and high methylated melamine-formaldehyde resin as composition B. When the mass ratio of alkyd resin and amino resin was 2: 1, the properties of the resulted film were improved.
