摘要: 以十三氟辛醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六羟甲基三聚氰胺为原料合成了含氟三羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂。 通过核磁共振和红外光谱表征了产物结构以及反应程度。 将含氟三羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂与三聚氰胺甲醛树脂以不同比例进行固化成膜,测定了不同氟含量的涂膜的接触角、固化交联率、吸水率、硬度、附着力和耐水性。 结果表明:氟含量为 12%时,反应转化率可达 91%;涂层的综合性能较好,水接触角达 106°。

Abstract: A fluorine trimethylol melamine resin was synthesized from tridecylfluorooctyl octanol, IPDI, 2, 4, 6-tris ( dihydroxymethylam)-1, 3, 5-triazine as materials. The structure of the product and the extent of reaction were investigated by IR and 1 H NMR.The film was cured at different ratios of fluorine trimethylol melamine resin and hexamethoxymethylmelamine by heating. The performance index such as crosslinking density, contact angle,hardness, adhesion and water resistance of the film were also tested. The results showed that the extent of reaction was more than 91%. When the fluorine content was 12%, the film gave its contact angle 106° and good comprehensive properties.
