Abstract: [Objective]To prepare environmentally friendly silane modified polyether waterproofcoatings meeting the requirements of the group standard T/CBMF 105-2021/T/CWA 203-2021 SilaneModified Polyether Waterproof Coating.[Methods] A silane terminated polyether(STP) resin was synthesized using different isocyanate based silane coupling agents as end capping agents and adifunctional polyether polyol with a relative molecular weight of 8000 as the main material. The effectsof factors such as the mass ratio of self-made STP resin to purchased resin,types of plasticizers,types and ratios of fillers,and addition amount of ammonia based silane coupling agent on the tensile strength,elongation at break,heat treatment performance,bonding strength,water absorption,and other properties of coating were explored.[Results] When the mass ratio of STP to purchased silane modified polyether resin was 2∶2,polyether diol DL-2000D was used as the plasticizer,the mass ratio of nano calcium carbonate to ground calcium carbonate was 1∶1,and the addition amount of KH-792 was 0. 4 parts,the product showed the best comprehensive performance. In addition,by comparing the effects of different construction schemes,it was determined that the coating roll composite waterproof system composed of waterproof coating and polymer roll had better suitability and waterproof effect.[Conclusion] The prepared silane-modified polyether waterproof coating showed excellent comprehensive performance and waterproof effect. When used in outdoors condition,the performance ofcoating could be further enhanced by selecting the appropriate protective isolation layer,indicating a promising application potential.

摘要: 【目的】制备满足团体标准 T/CBMF 105—2021/T/CWA 203—2021《硅烷改性聚醚防水涂料》要求的环保型硅烷改性聚醚防水涂料。【方法】以不同异氰酸酯基硅烷偶联剂为封端剂,以相对分子质量为 8 000的二官能度聚醚多元醇为主体材料,合成了硅烷封端聚醚(STP)树脂。探究了 STP树脂和外购硅烷改性聚醚树脂的质量比、增塑剂种类、填料种类及配比、氨类硅烷偶联剂添加量等因素对涂料拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、热处理性能、黏结强度、吸水率等性能的影响。【结果】当 STP和外购硅烷改性聚醚树脂按照质量比 2∶2复配作为主体树脂,聚醚二元醇 DL-2000D为增塑剂,纳米碳酸钙和重钙按质量比 1∶1复配作为填料, KH-792添加量为 0. 4份时,产品综合性能最优。此外,通过对比不同施工方案的效果,确定防水涂料和高分子卷材组成的涂卷复合防水系统,两者适配性更好,且具有良好的防水效果。【结论】所制备的硅烷改性聚醚防水涂料综合性能优异,防水效果良好;若户外使用,选择合适的保护隔离层,可进一步提升效果,具有良好的应用前景。
