Abstract: The increasingly awareness of environmental protection gives an impetus to higher demand on noise control and air quality in car, wherein the noise control is achieved by controlling noise resource and its transmissio via application of damping polymer materials. It is a trend that waterborne environmental friendly damping coatings are applied in automotive industry. Specifically, this paper takes Volvo Cars Chengdu Factory as an example to describe the application of waterborne damping coatings in car and relative suggestions theretor.

摘要： 随着人们环保意识的增强,对家庭用车的车内噪音控制和空气质量提出了更高的要求。噪声的治理主要是通过对噪声源、传播途径的控制以及对接受者的保护来实现。其中,在对噪声源的治理和传播途径的控制方面,高分子阻尼材料发挥了很大的作用,因此,水性环保阻尼涂料的使用已成为轿车噪声控制的发展趋势,文中以沃尔沃汽车成都工厂为例介绍了水性阻尼涂料在轿车领域的应用及建议。
