Preparation and performance study of high-strength single component polyurethane waterproof coatings

高强度单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的制备与性能研究

Abstract: In order to prepare single component polyurethane waterproof coatings with fast low-temperature curing speed and high strength for building waterproofing,and the prepolymer was synthesized using polyether polyols and isocyanates as the main raw materials.The prepolymer was then mixed with powder fillers,solvents,additives in a certain ratio to prepare single component polyurethane waterproof coatings,infrared spectrum of which was characterized. The results showed that when 330N polyether polyol accounted for 20% of the polyether polyol total amount,the content of —NCO in prepolymer was 5%,sericite powder as powder filler,and composite of WCAT-WS2 and DMDEE as catalyst,the coating had the best comprehensive performance. When the mass fractions of latent curing agent(ALT-402)and polyurethane specific molecular sieve activation powder(JLH-PU) were 1% and 5%,respectively,the coating was fine without bubbles after 120 d. The products met the requirements of Type II single component polyurethane waterproof coating in GB/T 19250— 2013,and showed broad application prospects for its good stability and curing speed.

摘要: 为制备低温固化速度快、强度高的建筑防水用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,以聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯为主要原料合成了预聚体,将制得的预聚体与粉体填料、溶剂、助剂等按照一定配比制备了单组分聚氨酯防水涂料;并对其进行了红外表征。结果表明:当聚醚多元醇中 330N质量分数为 20%、预聚体— NCO含量为 5%、粉体填料为绢云母粉、催化剂采用 WCAT-WS2与 DMDEE复配时,产品具有最佳的综合性能。当潜伏固化剂 ALT-402、聚氨酯专用分子筛活化粉 JLH-PU的质量分数分别为 1%和 5%时,产品放置 120 d后涂膜细腻无泡。所得产品符合 GB/T 19250—2013中Ⅱ型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的要求,具有良好的稳定性和固化速度,应用前景广阔。
