Abstract:
In order to improve the performance of rutile titanium dioxide(TiO2)in polyester resin coatings,a three-layer structure was constructed on the TiO2 surface by wet coating method to prepare the modified TiO2(P-Zr-Al/TiO2). XRF and TEM were used to characterize the structure and properties of modified TiO2,and the pigment properties of the powder weretested to evaluate its wrapping effect. The results showed that the rutile TiO2 modified byzirconium-sulfuric acid coating process using sodium hexametaphosphate as phosphorus coating agent had good optical properties,with L* value of 98. 89,hiding rate of 85. 52%,and oil absorption of 17. 5 g/100 g. After exposure to the simulated environment of sunlight andrain for 240 h,the light loss rate of polyester resin coating was 47. 3% and the ΔE was 0. 84.

摘要: 为提高金红石型钛白粉的在聚酯树脂涂料中的应用性能,采用湿法包膜的方式在二氧化钛表面构筑了三层结构对其进行表面改性,制备了改性钛白粉 P-Zr-Al/TiO2。采用 X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、透射电镜(TEM)表征了改性钛白粉的结构与性质,并测试了粉体的颜料性质评价其包覆效果。结果表明:当选用六偏磷酸钠作为磷包膜剂以及锆-硫酸的锆包覆工艺时,金红石钛白粉具有较好的光学性质,L*值为 98. 89、遮盖率为 85. 52%、吸油量为 17. 5 g/100 g。同时应用的聚酯树脂涂膜经过 240 h曝晒雨淋的模拟环境后,失光率为 47. 3%,ΔE为 0. 84,具有较好的耐候性。
