Abstract:
Through taking rutile titanium dioxide slurry by chlorination as coating raw material, using orthogonal test and single factor test, and taking the product resistivity as the main test index, the relevant process conditions of coating ATO (Sb doped SnO2), such as the amount of SnO2 coating, coating pH, coating temperature and coating time, are investigated, meanwhile, the optimum preparation process conditions of conductive titanium dioxide are determined. The conductive titanium dioxide prepared by that process can be applied in the prepared of waterborne epoxy conductive coatings, which have the similar film performance with the coatings based on the imported conductive titanium dioxide, indicating a good application prospect.

摘要:
以氯化法金红石型钛白粉浆料为包膜原料,采用正交试验及单因子试验等方式,以产品电阻率为主要指标,考察了SnO2包膜量、pH、包膜温度及包膜时间等包覆ATO的相关工艺条件,确定了导电钛白粉的最佳制备工艺。采用该工艺制备的导电钛白粉配制的水性环氧导电涂料,其涂膜性能与进口导电钛白粉制备的涂膜相当,具有很好的应用前景。
