Abstract:
In this paper, PDI prepolymers were synthesized using bio-based pentamethylene diisocyanate(PDI) and trimethylolpropane as raw materials. Then,the isocyanate(—NCO)groups of PDI prepolymers were reacted with methyl ethyl ketone oximeto synthesize blocked PDI curing agents. The blocked PDI curing agents were applied tocathodic electrophoretic coatings to investigate their application performance. The results indicated that the blocked PDI curing agents demonstrated excellent performance with thedosage of PDI,trimethylolpropane and methyl ethyl ketone oxime was 1 mol,0. 45 mol and 0. 55 mol,respectively. The emulsion prepared with the blocked PDI curing agents andaminated epoxy resin revealed good storage stability. The prepared coating could be cured at135 ℃/20 min,and the coating performance satisfied the application requirements.

摘要: 首先以生物基五亚甲基二异氰酸酯(PDI)和三羟甲基丙烷为原料合成了 PDI预聚体,再以甲乙酮肟为封闭剂对 PDI预聚体的—NCO基团进行封端,合成封闭型 PDI固化剂。将封闭型 PDI固化剂应用于阴极电泳涂料,考察了固化剂的应用性能。结果表明:当 PDI单体用量为 1 mol,三羟甲基丙烷和甲乙酮肟的用量分别为 0. 45 mol和 0. 55 mol时,所制备的封闭型 PDI固化剂状态良好,且固化剂与胺化环氧树脂配套制备的电泳乳液贮存稳定性良好,电泳漆膜可在 135 ℃/20 min实现固化,漆膜性能满足 HG/T 3952—2007要求。
