Abstract: ［Objective］This study aims to prepare coatings that combine high curing efficiencywith radiative cooling performance.［Methods］Using titanium dioxide（TiO₂）as the functional filler， the type and content of photoinitiator were optimized. The effects of TiO₂ crystal form，particle size，and addition amount on the UV-curing behavior and radiative cooling performance of the coating wereinvestigated through measurements of double bond conversion，gel content，and reflectance.［Results］ The polymerization rate of the coating system containing photoinitiator 819 was faster. Compared withanatase TiO₂，coatings incorporating rutile TiO₂ showed higher solar reflectance. Increasing the particle size and content of TiO₂ enhanced the solar reflectance of the coating but slightly reduced the finaldouble bond conversion. When the TiO₂ content was 30% and the coating thickness was 120 μm，the coating achieved a fast curing rate，with a reflectance of 84. 6% and an emissivity of 95. 0%. Themaximum daytime radiative cooling temperature difference reached 8. 7 ℃ under a solar irradiance of780 W/m² at an ambient temperature of 30 ℃.［Conclusion］By selecting an appropriate photoinitiator and optimizing the crystal form，particle size，and content of the filler，UV-curable radiative coolingcoatings with both high reflectivity and high curing efficiency can be successfully developed.

摘要： 【目的】制备兼顾良好固化效率及辐射制冷效果的涂料。【方法】以二氧化钛（ TiO₂）为功能填料，优化光引发剂种类及光引发剂添加量，并通过双键转化率、凝胶含量、反射率测试探究 TiO₂晶型、粒径、添加量对涂料紫外光固化行为与辐射制冷效果的影响。【结果】以 819为光引发剂的涂料体系聚合速率更快。与锐钛矿型 TiO₂相比，含金红石型 TiO₂涂料的太阳光反射率更高，增加 TiO₂粒径与添加量会提升涂料的太阳光反射率，但会略微降低涂料的最终双键转化率。当 TiO₂添加量为 30%，涂层厚度为 120 μm时，涂料拥有较快的固化速率，且涂层反射率和发射率分别可达 84. 6%与 95. 0%，日间辐射制冷温差最高达 8. 7 ℃（太阳辐照： 780 W/m²，环境温度 30 ℃）。【结论】通过选择合适的光引发剂，筛选填料的晶型、粒径、添加量，可以制备兼顾高反射率及高固化效率的紫外光固化辐射制冷涂料。
