Abstract:
The effective solutions to pollution problem of robotic spraying gun for waterborne intercoat-free coating process have been analyzed .The pollution situation of spraying gun at section B1/B2 of robotic spraying process is described and the reason thereof is also analyzed. The influence of different spraying method, spraying parameter and equpment parameter, etc. on pollution of spraying gun has been investigated. Thus, some effective countermeasures reducing the pollution of spraying gun and prolonging Its cleaning frequency have been verified. Meanwhile, the effect of countermeasures mentioned above on film appearance and color has been discussed so as to optimize the countermeasures.

摘要: 分析并研究了水性免中涂工艺机器人雾化器污染的有效解决措施。描述了水性免中涂工艺机器人自动喷涂工艺段B1/B2涂层漆雾污染的表现形式。通过对机器人自动段漆雾污染原因进行的详细分析,从对位、错位两种不同的机器人喷涂方式,不同的机器人喷涂工艺参数、设备工艺参数等方面,验证各涂层减小漆雾污染、降低人工清洗机器人雾化器频次的有效措施,同时验证了漆雾防污染调整措施对涂膜外观质量及颜色等方面的变化情况,确定了降低机器人污染问题的相关调整措施和建议。
