Abstract:
According to the coating performance of the agricultural automobile chassis, a waterborne anticorrosive coating having fast drying, good initial water resistance, excellent antirust, no sagging based on high build has been prepared. The influence of the film-forming resin,dispersant, defoamer, thickening agent and pigment volume concentration (PVC) on the coatability and storage performance of coatings and film performance has been discussed.

摘要： 针对农用汽车底盘涂装特点,制备了1种干燥快、初期耐水性好、涂层防锈性好、可厚涂不流挂的水性底盘防腐涂料。探讨了主要成膜树脂、分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂和颜料体积浓度(PVC)对涂料的施工性能、储存性能以及涂膜性能的影响。
