Abstract: This paper has described a new type of environment friendly aluminum wheel hub pretreatment process and optimization of the process, as well as the treatment technology of the exhaust gas, waste residue, waste water from the pretreatment production line. A new technology of spraying the water by waste heat, saving water and energy. It provided a new for pretreatment process concept to develop green coating technology for pretreatment process.

摘要： 介绍了新型环保铝轮毂的前处理工艺，对工艺进行了改进优化。并介绍了涂装前处理生产线运行过程中废气、废渣、废水等的处理技术，将前处理节水技术应用于前处理工艺中，推荐一种新型的废热吹水方式，为涂装前处理工艺向绿色涂装的方向发展提供新思路。
