Abstract:
As a high efficiency device, heat pump can reduce the energy consumption and the emissions of CO2 and can make full use of the energy in the air and discharged energy from the painting shop to achieve the energy conservation and emission reduction. Based on the practical application of DongFeng passenger vehicle company, this paper mainly introduces the mechanism and high energy efficiency performance of heat pump system, meanwhile focuses on the development and application of heat pump technology in painting shop resulting in good economic effect.

摘要: 热泵作为一种高效节能装置,能够降低能耗、削减 CO2 排放量,并且能充分利用空气中的能量及涂装车间排出的能量等来实现涂装车间的节能减排。 文章介绍了热泵系统的原理及其节能减排特性,并结合东风乘用车公司涂装车间的应用实际,重点介绍了热泵技术在涂装车间的开发应用及其带来的经济效益。
