汽车涂装的快速换色控制系统设计

Abstract: Be aimed at problems such as long color change time,low production efficiency,difficult cleaning,and massive waste of paint and solvents in the coating process of rare color personalized cars that are not commonly used,a control system for fast color change was designed based on the analysis of the requirements of production process and functions of equipment of automobile paint spray technology. The hardware composition and working principle of the control system for fast color-change was analyzed in detail,the main procedure of PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)main program control in the control system was introduced,and the human-machine interface of the control system was designed. The control system used S7-1500 PLC as the main control unit and HMI(human machine interface)touch screen as the human-computer interaction interface,and the command program was operated to activate the solenoid valve,realizing the rapid color change of the paint. The control system has been put into use. The results showed that the control system could significantly shorten the color changing time and improve production efficiency. About 85. 7% of the recovered paint could be reused,which saved 82. 8% of the cleaning solvent compared with the traditional circulation pipeline system.

摘要: 针对不常用的个性化小颜色汽车涂装中存在的换色时间长、生产效率低、清洗困难、油漆 及溶剂大量浪费等问题,在分析了汽车喷漆生产工艺流程及设备功能要求的基础上,设计了一套基于可编程逻辑控制器( PLC)的快速换色控制系统。具体分析了快速换色控制系统的硬件组成及工作原理,详细介绍了控制系统中 PLC主程序的控制流程,设计了控制系统人机交互界面。该控制系统以 S7-1500 PLC作为主控单元,以人机界面(HMI)触摸屏作为人机交互界面,运行指令程序驱动电磁阀动作,实现油漆快速换色控制。该控制系统已投产使用,结果表明:该控制系统可大大缩短换色时间,提高生产效率,回收约 85. 7%的油漆可再次使用,较传统的循环管路式系统节约了 82. 8%的清洗溶剂。
