Abstract: One of the conventional film defects occurred on the partial surface of waterbornepigmented coatings for car body is pinhole Some countermeasures including increase of prebaking temperature, decrease of film thickness and moisture content in air of cycling ventilation, etc. have been applied to solve entirely the pinhole caused by inadequate dehydrationrate on the partial surface of waterborne pigmented coatings for car body.

摘要: 水性色漆局部针孔是车身色漆涂装发生频次较高的漆病之一。 通过提高预烘干温度、降低色漆膜厚、降低预烘干热循环风空气含水量等措施和方法,彻底解决了车身局部因脱水率不足引起的水性色漆“针孔”问题。
