Abstract: This article introduces different phase-based planning of painting line for car body and its advantages and disadvantages based on different parameter setting and paint shop, in particular, highlights several issues to be considered during line capacity planning such as equipment failure rate, repair rate, re-spray rate and body pitch setting, and finally illustrates how to use capacity planning to improve process planning.

摘要： 介绍了车身涂装生产线分期规划的不同方案，分析了不同方案在不同厂房布局、设备选型等条件下的优缺点。着重对比了不同分期规划方案在厂房中的布置、使用情况，以及能扩时面临的问题等。
