Abstract:
The key production technology of water-based metallic car refinish was studied in this article. A water-based polyurethane was used as a film-forming material, and also the amount of water-based aluminum flake and a variety of additives and CMCAB cellulose ester dispersion were selected. Through the tests to determine the optimal formulation parameters: 1) aqueous aluminum paste 6%, 2) wetting agent 0.6%, 3)defoaming agent 0.4%,4)cellulose ester dispersion 3%o The results showed that waterbased metallic car refinish get good comprehensive properties.

摘要: 对生产水性汽车修补用金属涂料的关键技术进行了研究,选用水性聚氨酯作为成膜物质,通过对水性铝粉用量和多种水性助剂及水性纤维素酯分散体的选择性研究,确定了最佳生产工艺条件,当水性铝浆、润湿剂、消泡剂、水性纤维素酯分散体的用量(占涂料体系的质量分数)分别为6%、0.6%、0.4%、3%时,所制备的水性金属闪光涂料综合性能良好。
