Abstract: This article has described the current status of oil separators in pretreatment industry, highlighting on the latest oil water-separation technology -SUPARATOR oil-water separation system in the world, focusing on the princinle, equipment specification and function of SUPARATOR equipment as well as the importance and mechanism of surfactant used for this technology. Detailed analysis and comparison was conducted based on actual application performance of SUPARAToR in well -known foreign car manufacturer, indicating the characteristics of energy-saving emission reduction and green technology.

摘要： 着重介绍了国际最新的SUPARATOR油水分离器的工作原理、设备特点及功能,以及与之相配套使用的活性剂的作用原理及其重要性;并结合国外某知名汽车公司的SUPARATOR设备的应用实绩进行了对比与分析。结果表明SUPARATOR油水分离设备其具有节能减排、绿色环保的特点。
