Research on Improved Synthesis of Phthalocyanine Blue Pigment and Its Performance

酞菁蓝颜料的合成改进与性能研究

Abstract: Phthalocyanine blue pigments were prepared by condensation reaction with ammonium chloride as acidic additive, based on phthalic anhydride-urea process. Effects of acidic additives on the yield and quality of phthalocyanine blue pigmengt, its dispersion and stability in water-based systems were discussed. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained: when ammonium chloride was used as the acidic additive, 25%(molar fraction) of phthalic anhydride was added, the yield of the pigment reached to 98%. The obtained pigment was featured by its loose particles, bright shade, easily dispersed in water-based systems, with small and uniform particle size in colorants and better storage stability.

摘要: 在苯酐-尿素法基础上,采用氯化铵作为酸性助剂参与缩合反应工艺,制备酞菁蓝颜料。讨论了酸性助剂对酞菁蓝颜料的收率、质量及其在水基体系中的分散性、分散稳定性的影响。 优化的缩合反应条件为:以氯化铵作为酸性助剂,苯酐的加入量为 25%(摩尔分数),所得颜料的收率可达到98%,且颗粒疏松,色光鲜艳;同时该颜料在水基体系中更易研磨分散,颜料色浆颗粒细小且粒径分布均匀,贮存稳定性较优。
