Abstract:

The silicone additive is widely used in coating industry. It is used to improve the productivity and properties of the coatings. It can be divided into the wetting agent, leveling agent, antifoam agent and adhesion promoter, etc. In this article, different types of silicone additives and their application in solvent-based coatings and waterborne coatings have been introduced. The future trend of the silicone additives is also given.

有机硅助剂在涂料中有广泛的应用,可用于提高涂料的生产效率,改善涂膜性能。根据使用领域的不同,有机硅助剂可分为有机硅润湿剂、流平剂、消泡剂、附着力促进剂等。文中介绍了各种不同类型的有机硅助剂在溶剂型涂料和水性涂料中的应用以及作用方式,并展望了有机硅助剂未来的发展趋势。
