Preparation and Performance of Waterbased Antifouling Coatings for Fishnet

水性渔网防污涂料的制备与性能研究

Abstract:

In order to solve the fouling problem of fishnets for marine aquaculture, at present, the most economical and effective method is to use the antifouling paint. Through selecting different aqueous polyurethane dispersion or emulsion, composite antifouling agent and additives, the waterbased antifouling coatings for the fouling resistant of offshore cages, rope and other equipment were prepared. The antifouling property,adhesion and micro-characterization of the coating were measured. The results showed that the waterbased antifouling paint could provide excellent antifouling property more than six months, meeting the requirements of the antifouling coatings for fishnet. The coating was easy to use and environmenta friendly, satisfying the requirements of environment protection.

摘要: 目前最经济有效的解决海洋养殖用渔网的防污损处理方法是使用渔网防污涂料。通过筛选不同的水性聚氨酯分散体或乳液、复合防污剂以及各种助剂等,制备了用于深海网箱的网衣、绳索等器具的防污损水性渔网防污涂料,经过对涂料涂层的防污性、附着力等性能的评价以及涂层的微观表征,证明制备的水性防污涂料防污期效可达 6 个月以上,能满足水产养殖业对渔网防污涂料的要求,且该防污涂料使用方便、环境友好,符合环保要求。
