Construction of UV curable easy-to-clean coatings based on combshaped organosilicone resin

摘要: 【目的】为解决传统易清洁涂层中低表面能组分与基体相容性差、涂层透光率低以及耐磨耐久性不足等问题。【方法】以单侧双羟基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS-OH2)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯( HDI)和丙烯酸羟乙酯( HEA)为原料,合成了含光反应性丙烯酸酯基团的梳状有机硅树脂(PHEA)。将 PHEA引入聚己内酯型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯( LPUA)基体中,经紫外光固化制备不同 PHEA质量分数的易清洁涂层,并系统研究 PHEA质量分数对涂层润湿性、透光率、表面形貌、耐沾污防涂鸦性能及耐磨稳定性的影响。【结果】当 PHEA质量分数为 2. 0%时,涂层综合性能最优:水和十六烷接触角显著提高,表面能降至 23. 38 mJ/m2,500 nm处透光率为 78. 0%,表面粗糙度仅为 0. 345 nm。固化过程中, PHEA分子中的 PDMS链段可自发向表面迁移,形成均匀致密的低表面能界面,使涂层对油性笔迹、咖啡、牛奶及酸碱溶液均表现出良好的拒液与易清洁性能。经 3 000个次棉布磨损周期后,涂层水接触角仅下降 8. 14%,仍保持稳定的耐沾污效果和耐久性。梳状结构一方面通过主链氢键作用改善树脂相容性,另一方面依靠支链 PDMS富集构筑稳定低表面能界面,从而有效平衡涂层的透光性、易清洁性与耐磨性。【结论】 2. 0%PHEA改性涂层在保持较高透光率的同时,兼具优异的防涂鸦、易清洁及耐磨性能。

Abstract: [Objective] This work aims to develop a UV-curable easy-to-clean coating withbalanced interfacial compatibility,optical transparency and abrasion durability through the moleculardesign of a comb-shaped organosilicone resin.[Methods] A comb-shaped organosilicone resin(PHEA) bearing photo-reactive acrylate groups was synthesized from single-side dihydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS-OH2), hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI), and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA). PHEA was incorporated into a polycaprolactone-based polyurethane acrylate(LPUA)matrix,and a series of UV-curable easy-to-clean coatings with different PHEA contents wereprepared. The effects of PHEA content on wettability,optical transmittance,surface morphology,anti-stain and anti-graffiti performance,and abrasion stability were systematically investigated.[Results]The coating containing 2. 0wt%PHEA exhibited the best overall performance,with increased water and hexadecane contact angles,a decreased surface energy of 23. 38 mJ/m2,a transmittance of 78. 0% at 500 nm,and a surface roughness of 0. 345 nm. During UV curing,PDMS segments in PHEA spontaneously migrated toward the air/coating interface,forming a uniform low-surface-energy layer. As a result,the coating showed excellent liquid repellency and easy-cleaning behavior against oilyhandwriting,coffee,milk,and acidic/alkaline solutions. After 3 000 cotton cloth abrasion cycles,the water contact angle decreased by only 8. 14%,indicating good anti-stain durability. The comb-shapedarchitecture improved resin compatibility through hydrogen bonding along the main chain,and the enriched PDMS side chains facilitated the formation of a stable low-surface-energy interface. Suchsynergistic effects balanced optical transparency,easy-cleaning performance and abrasion resistance.[Conclusion]The coating containing 2. 0wt% PHEA maintained relatively high optical transmittancewhile showing outstanding anti-graffiti,easy-cleaning and wear resistant performances.
