摘要: 为了解决水性自干防腐蚀涂料涂装在铸铁件上易出现的闪锈问题,分析了闪锈产生的原理,并研究了水性自干防腐蚀涂料配方工艺中的成膜树脂、活性防锈颜料和主要功能助剂以及涂装膜厚对涂膜防闪锈性等的影响。结果表明:选择快干的水溶性树脂体系或者水性环氧树脂体系,非离子型和磷酸酯类分散剂,并添加助溶剂,控制喷涂膜厚来提升体系表干速度,降低离子的引入,可避免闪锈的发生;添加普通磷酸锌与有机杂环化合物 AR01作为防锈颜料,调节涂料体系 pH至9. 0~9. 5,并添加有机锌螯合物型的 FA-179作为防闪锈剂,能够有效钝化铸铁工件,提升水性涂料体系的防闪锈性。

Abstract: In regards to the flash rusting problem on the cast iron substrates when paintedwith air-drying waterborne corrosion protective coatings,the flash rusting principle was ana. lyzed and the effects of film forming resins,reactive anti-rust pigments and the major function.al additives and film thickiness on the corrosion protective performance of the coatings werestudied and analyzed. The results showed that it was possible to avoid the flash rusting by useof fast-drying water-solubleresin or water-based epoxy resin,nonionic and phosphate ester dispersants and cosolvents,or by control of the film thickness to speed up the touch dry,reduc. ing introduction of ions. The cast iron workpieces could be effectively passivated if ordinaryzinc phosphate and organic heterocyclic compound AR01 were added as antirust pigment,the pH of paint system was adjusted to 9~9. 5,as well as the organic zinc chelate FA-179 was add.ed as anti-flash rusting agent. And the anti-flash rusting properties of the waterborne coatingsystem was improved.
